The morning of day 3 has usually been the toughest on my tours. After that the body tends to get used to work everyday and only get stronger as long as you keep healthy.

This is definitely one of my favourite parts of the UK. Enjoying these rides immensely. I'm now out in Thailand, so can't complain about the rides I've available here, but I still miss the kind of rides your doing. Ride safe. JP

It sounds like you don't like hills or need lower gears... Do you carry a drone, some shots look like a camera is besides you, or above you.
