It was bound to happen at some time, Francis. Eat only hot, cooked foods or peeled foods. Even though this is turning out to be tough, urban riding, it is the most interesting video series, because it shows an area outside of Europe, that few cycling videos feature. It's great that you've got Benny with you. I've seen some video of Benny and Steffi riding around Goa.

Love your videos Ben, all of you in fact. Indian Ben is awesome -how did you meet him? Wish Francis well please. I have nightmares watching you all hanging on to various types of vehicle, especially in view of the standard of driving there. When you all get back, we need an instructional video of how to ride no-hands plus a supplementary from you on how you hang down on one side of your bike. Always cracks me up. What a bunch of heroes !
