You forgot one essential tip. Never put your fingers to your mouth or eat with fingers even if locals do it. Or have drinks with ice in it.

Just an idea - do a vid talking just about the bikes you are riding, the accessories gear you guys are using - Tailfin I suppose, and a run down of your apparel.
