A nice tutorial. Thank you. One small heads-up: On my bike, the Intuvia display wouldn't come off. Turns out, it was screwed on to its mount, and thus could not rotate. Removing the screw obviously fixed the issue.

There is no way to keep the light on. You’ll have to tap a button.

Hi, this is very helpful thanks as I couldn't find a decent handbook for it from bosch online. But I don't understand why I can't have the display constantly on for night riding. Otherwise I can only see what's going on by changing assist level. Any ideas?

I’ve tried multiple things and no luck keeping the backlight on. The only option is to hit the scroll side to side, no need to change assist level.

Great question! Not all bikes have this option but it is typically telling you that you are pedaling too slowly and to shift to an easier gear.

When I tread harder on the pedals when going up a slight incline, I can feel a boost ? Someone mentioned that a rpm of 70 was good ? And I can’t find any rpm indicator on the display ? Br Anna

I'll type this here in case anyone else has the problem I was having and can't find a video dealing with it - my Intuvia display kept switching off every 60 seconds, no matter if it was attached to the bike or not. If I knocked on the Intuvia or gave it a wiggle, it would switch back on, but only for another 60 seconds. It turns out the battery cover on the back of my unit was slightly ajar, which prevented the small switch on the back of the intuvia from being fully pressed in when attached to the bike, so the Intuvia thought it was detached from the bike, so it switched off every 60 seconds. Once I removed and reattached the battery cover correctly, and mounted the Intuvia back on the bike, all was well. I hope that helps someone else!

It doesn’t display heart rate, but the flow app can connect to heart rate straps. As long as you have it running in the background it will keep the data but the intuvia wont display it (that I’ve found!)

You're a gem and thanks so much. I love seeing my heart rate as I bike and all my research matches your answer. So, I think I'll keep my Wahoo computer, even tho there will be some duplication of other data points, at least I'll be able to see my heart rate.

My light won’t stay on when I need it. It will switch on for a few seconds but then goes of but then later will be spotted by a colleague that my light is permanently on any ideas
