The year was 2001... I was a junior in high school... This video reminds me how great music was and the style in my days.. To me this was the peak of what the 90s gave us in the early 2000, hip hop wasn't crap, I had the 2001 chronic album(1 of the best rap album ever)neo soul was booming at that time artists like D'Angelo, Maxwell, musiq soulchild, Lauryn hill, Anthony Hamilton, Lucy pearl and many other great artist same out, great songs too... Then after like 2002/3 music just went down hill
