I agree with Skip, the only thing we really know about Bill is that he is a great defensive coach. So he does deserve credit for a good amount of wins. But, Everything else they give him credit for can also be given to Brady so it does not really help their "greatest HC ever" argument. Because many people like myself will give most of the credit to Brady for that system. When Brady left the Patriots. The free agent players chased Brady not Bill. So I believe that players only put up with Bill B's because Brady put up with it. I remember when Brady left the Patriots. Everyone in the media was saying how Bill was going to win a ring before Brady did. Because he was the reason why they were so great. That Bill turned bad players into great ones. They gave him credit for Brady turning out so good. Yet, Bill somehow forgot how to turn unknown players and or bad players into great ones as soon as Brady left. Now most of the people in the media are making excuses for why they haven't been successful. Yet he is the GM and the HC, he ran that team. If anyone is to blame for the team not having players is Bill. Bill has been a historically bad GM. People only started to realize this when Brady left. People realized that Brady hid a lot of Bill's mistakes as a GM and coach.

We must remember that Bill drafted Brady in the 6th round. When we saw Brady combine proformance, we all laughed but Bill saw greatness plus he didn't come in as a number one pick so he was also was developed under Bill watch as well

Belichick will and should go down as one of the greatest coaches of all time.... however, the debate of who was more responsible for the Patriots dynasty, Bill or Tom... Tom left, went to a joke of a team and despite one of the worst head coaches in the NFL, immediately won a Super Bowl.... Since Tom left, Bill and the Patriots have been a mediocre team at best. Facts dont lie.

, I know I keep saying hire Jim Harbaugh he is still my first choice. But I'm also thinking how great a paring. It would be to have Bill Belichick and Howie Roseman pair together because late. Let's face it Bill in the last 8 years. Has not drafted well. So you make sure Howie Roseman, does the draft keep the team together, get the players, and let Bill do all the coaching. That pairing does excite me a bit. I still think Jim is the answer because he's got a offensive mind, and he has a good defensive coordinator to come with him, who's gonna run a Baltimore style defense his is a lot younger, so we could have Jim for 10 or more Were as Bill you're only gonna have him maybe 10 years at the most. But we really need to go after one of them. We need an established coach. This is the year of the coach man. Have you seen free agency for coaching? There has not been this many great coaches to choose from. Eagles need new coaching new blood in the office for coaching. FIRE Nick SERIANI, no matter what happens in the playoffs, frankly, I wanna lose to Buccaneers, so we can fire him immediately. I don't like our playbook and don't think we can get to the Super Bowl we need no excuses to get a new coach when there are so many great ones available.

The Pats Have A Top Tier Defense. And If The Offense Was Even 50% Better, The Defense Would Have even Better Stats. They Might Be The Best Defense In The League. They Have The Third Most Cap Space In The League. Which Shows He Hasn't made A lot Of Bad Moves. They Could Fix The Offense With The Cap Space And In The Draft. Take Marvin Harrison Jr At 3. Get A QB In The 2nd Round. They'd Be Fine...He Deserved At Least One More Year.

Skip can’t help himself to hate for ratings, which I’m not sure still helps… You’ll have plenty of time to hate but appreciate the greatness that you had the opportunity to witness for 3 decades man.

Michael Irvin is a great analyst and gives great insights… ESPN made a mistake letting this guy go to Fox… he’s really wise in football and in life - love hearing from him!
@johnnyhunter599411 ай бұрын
How did they make a mistake? The best thing they did was let this cowgirl loving loud mouth clown go! When he is talking like he is on this segment he is good. When he goes to lala land talking about the cowgirls and preaching like it’s Sunday morning and he is giving his best flock fleecing sermon I turn immediately, it’s down right sickening!!
