I just finish watching Bill’s story on the tv show “Unsung”. I had forgotten how popular he was back then. I was stationed in Germany when he had gotten the MTV Host job…doing the MTV TOP-10 COUNTDOWN ….hosting the summer house on the beach party jams….interviews with Tupac, LL Cool J, Kurt Cobain….among the many other stuff he had his mug AND relatable personality involved in. Bill was great at that MTV stuff. But, he would go on to prove he was more than a talking head on MTV….his acting seemed so natural when he jumped into that swimming pool of Hollywood. To THIS DAY….”How to be a Player” is STILL one of my favorite “go-to” comedy movie. That movie could only be done right with Bill morphing into that lead. The jokes and, of course, his facial expressions was hilariously mint. I’m glad that when things slowed down with the Hollywood thing, Bruh went back to his roots of stand-up comedy. And from all the shows he’s performed post movies, MTV stuff, etc……that I have seen, those roots are still solid and he could still deliver the funny. Side note….he is one of the few comedians out that when the camera pans the crowd…it seems as if the place is 80% women. And, of that 80%(of course I’m exaggerating the 80😁🤘🏾)…..50% are fine ah😳😳😳🙌🏾🤘🏾👐🏾😎🎼 He’s always drew a huge wahine following. He definitely liked tell a story from the lens of some women too, that was funny…yet, relatable from what we men observe through OUR own lens.

He’s one of my favorite comedians. His facial expressions and words he uses is hilarious like at 14:40, when Bill hilariously quips,”…you all don’t give a 🤬UUUUUCK about us…NO MO’….” 😂🤣😆🤣😂🤣😆🤣😂. He tells stories in a very funny and relatable way. Those wide eye’d dumbfounded look he gives when telling a part of his story that he uses that look ALWAYS makes me laugh ALONG with whatever topic/story he is telling at the time. Amazing comic talent STILL.
