That's a risky proposal. Some of those spayers send out water hard enough to cause injury. I didn't just reply to criticize. I also have a suggestion. If you're going to Panhandle, make sure sign doesn't ask for anything. If you're sign says 'please help', that's a violation of a soliciting ordinance in most places. If your sign says something like 'have a nice day', well then you're merely exercising your 1st amendment right to free speech. Go to the local library where you can research local codes on soliciting, loitering, and vagrancy. The more informed you are, the harder it will be for police to bully you off your spot. This is handy info to pass on the next time you offer a homeless person some help. They are not invisible, and deserve to be treated like human beings.

If you are reading this now and this applies to you: validate your lady by letting her know how much you appreciate the effort she puts into her hobby. Then buy her a ticket to a professional makeup lesson. They might do daily classes in your area for people interested in cosmotology. If you want to show her more support, make it a couples date. If you value her appearance, show her some support in the things she likes to do. Itll go a long way with the confidence. The makeup class will likely lead to her wearing less make up overall, once she is able to apply it in a professional manner.
