People nowadays like to take things out of context, and by victimising themselves by it, use that excuse as a weapon to attack others. many times i find that, like out of 1000 problems with an issue, they pick the one most minor one, like "hey you talked about minorities/gender/religion, and i'm offended, and i'm going to go FULL HULK on you", but failed to realise that the talk about such things isn't totally negative in fact. He's right about Millennials. And the reason why is fairly simple: Millennials (especially the younger ones) had very little unstructured play as kids. It was largely supervised. So they have relatively little experience of negotiating conflicts on their own without recourse to authority. They grew up being taught that all disagreements had to be mediated by parents and teachers, and therefore that the way to get any problem situation sorted was by tattling to an authority figure. So most Millennials are tattle-tales, with social media as the proxy for the parents and teachers they kept blubbing to when they were younger.
