I love Brittany’s vibe when Tommy is around. As someone who has also experienced childhood trauma, you can tell that Tommy is an island of reprieve for all the anxiety and bullshit for her. Like you just internally/subconsciously feel safer when he is around. I love that for them, it’s beautiful

Burr didn’t mention to Tommy Lee that he played drums until 33 minutes in. That must have took so much self control. That’s playing it cool, because you know all he wants to do is talk about drums with Tommy. Very smooth.

ADD is a wonderful thing if you learn to harness it. Thank god it happened by accident for me and Im pretty sure Bill as well since the specialty schools now were non existant. Keeps you from becoming a drone or a one trick pony. Hyper focus when stimulated by something. That boredom and restlessness keeps you hungry for stimulation like learning new things and drive to master them and always finding new better ways to approach it. Accepting the status quo or "If it aint broken dont fix it" is rarely accepted lol. The trick for us is to stay away from drugs and alchohol trap self medicating to learn, behave, work and live like what a quote un quote normal person should. Lol

Brittany, what I love the most is Tommy being with you on your podcasts because, not only did "the dirt" movie open up to a whole new crowd of fans, but people are seeing and getting to know Tommy on so many different levels now. He is such a free spirit! Hes been through it all, and lived a thousand life times so I'm sure he is fearless ! lol You guys are such a fun couple! 😊 I've been a Motley Crue fan since they first started! Bill commented on NYC playing a show there and I grew up in NYC and I havent been there in years. So I took a trip a few yrs ago, fuckin culture shock! with bicycle paths everywhere, and people looking different. I grew up in the city, so the 1980s was a lot different then, then it is now. I live in upstate NY now, with the weather being shitty now, snow everywhere! Definitely want to move out west in the next few years! and marijuana is only for medical use out here! CBD oil is accessible, but not as big here (that I know of). I also suffer like you with anxiety, panic attacks, etc. Fuckin sucks being a woman lol... Motley tour next year is in Buffalo and NYC...no Saratoga NY? every other show is like 4 hrs from me....ughh....are you going to tour with them Brittany? I'd love to meet you some day! 😊

Such a great interview... two Cat's that are legendary at what they do (in my opinion)that are Fan's of each other's work having a conversation with no fear of being honest or trying to hide there admiration...no ego's ... great interview 😁😎

Worst Motley Crue show ever wasn't the last tour. It was 1997 at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas. I was there. 3/4 of the way through Tommy yells up to the Balcony.."Come On Down!"...AND WE DID. It way crazy. A kid ran up on stage and clotheslined Mick Mars to the floor. The show stopped but eventually started again. I bet Tommy remembers that.
