Bill Cipher still is and always will be a top-tier Disney villain. You know how hard it is to make an insane, kills-for-fun villain *and* make him endearing? Not to mention Alex Hirshe's delivery of his lines. Like, while Belos is my close second favorite Disney villain due to his being actually grounded in real-life events, his cunning, his motivations, and his sheer *presence,* Bill's sheer chaotic nature combined with similar cunning, presence, and his natural humor, as well as being a evil for the sake of evil villain who is actually a good villain, trumps ol' Philip.

Exactly! He is just a form a pure chaos who’s motivation is “why not it is fun and I want to control everything because I can” unlike other villains who have clear reasons such as revenge and that sort of thing. It’s also the execution of it. Adding onto your reasoning for liking Belos, I like him as a villain too because he feels so real, and when you first look at him you might not think instantly “oh that’s the villain” (considering you had no context of the show and didn’t watch it) so it adds to the fact that he is so good at manipulating the entirety of the boiling isles (with the obvious exception of the main characters and a few others) Anyway just me ranting because I enjoy talking about my two favorite shows openly
