I just want to say that to all the people saying that Bill would mop the floor with everyone else: In this fight, I interpreted Bill as screwing around just to see if they could entertain him. After beating Peridot the first time, he literally summons more fighters in hopes that the fight can be interesting. I'd say the only one he actually tried to beat was Aku, and even then, when he got serious, Aku just got obliterated. So yes, Bill would destroy all of these characters, but Bill is incredibly bored and arrogant, and even in his show, frequently lets the protagonists win just for fun.

I know this probably isn't what you had in mind for this. But ever since Bill started pulling other characters into the same universe it got me thinking, that I can totally see this becoming a mini series. Bill Cipher traveling throughout the millions of dimensions and universes, facing off against the characters from said verses on his epic quest to rein supreme over the entire Multiverse. But that's just a silly thought I suppose.
