Clinton used his inaugural speech to review the century, and continued pledges to make government smaller and more efficient.

The two Best Presidents, President and Madam President Clinton. Barack Obama lost every Democratic Primary by Landslides in 2008 in the U.S. Barack Obama never accomplished anything and he can not speak. The Crowds was huge in 1993 and 1997.
@Svetashev1233 жыл бұрын
This is the 19th of 100 famous speeches that I'm watching to make research on public speaking. Clinton is perfect in his speech and it makes him sound so unnatural. When I watched Bush's 1989 inaugural address and compared him with Reagan, I said that any president who reads his speech from the paper looks inferior to one who memorizes it and gazes at the crowd while speaking. After I had watched the first Clinton inaugural address my opinion strengthened, but now I think that reading is better than memorizing. Until the presidents learn to improvise and speak without being afraid of saying something inappropriate, reading from the paper helps them look authentic, real, and trustworthy.
@zoidburg29752 жыл бұрын
You're on your 19th speech, and you still haven't realized that both in 1993 and here in 1997 he's using two teleprompters, one either side of him. He memorized nothing, nobody does.
@Svetashev1232 жыл бұрын
@@zoidburg2975 Looks like there aren't any. Why are you so sure that nobody memorizes their speeches? As for me, it takes no longer than a couple of weeks to memorize a 20-minute speech and rehearse it enough to deliver later in front of an audience. Perhaps, American presidents have more important things to do than memorizing speeches, but I still think it's possible that they may do it just to show off or something.
@Svetashev1232 жыл бұрын
@@zoidburg2975 By the way, were teleprompters invented in early 90-s? Google says they've been around since 50-s. How would you explain that none of the presidents till Bush used them?
@zoidburg29752 жыл бұрын
@@Svetashev123 It's absolutely possible, I've done it, but US presidents don't. Go back to the 1993 speech and go to the end where he goes to get Killery, he the camera pans past a teleprompter. All US presidents speeches before were read from a paper script.
@zoidburg29752 жыл бұрын
@@Svetashev123 Haha, from the speeches I've watched. Either way, every single major speech since 1993 by POTUS has used them. Whether that's 100% true, or not, your hypothesis, as stated, was based on false information.

A contrasting philosophy from Ronald Reagan's government is the problem. When people are the solution, what is the problem when the government is not the problem? It appears to be highly philosophical that is contradicting to each other. Just as the democrats party's ideologies that try to solve problem, but one ideology contradicting the other from becoming successful.
