During his presidential run in March of 1992, Bill Clinton stated that he tried pot as a 20-something Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford. Clinton said, “When I was in England I experimented with marijuana a time or two, and I didn’t like it. I didn’t inhale it, and never tried it again.”
Four years later, we decided to poke fun at Clinton during his re-election campaign in 1996.
