can we talk about how the interviewer is asking actually good questions, unlike others that just end up asking stuff about snl and his impressions

Why does he always wiggle his nose? Nervous tick? On the other hand, how weird would it be if people watching videos of you were commenting on how your face looks? It must be weird to be famous because youre talented at things that in this culture make you worth being famous.

he also could have just been a bit stuffed up during the interview?

I imagine he is either trying to keep from sneezing, or it itches and he doesn't want to scratch on camera, or he's probably irritated by his nose being partially stopped up. I think that's why he sounds nasal often. It's very dry here in so Cal, which makes most people's sinuses very dry, which oddly gives you a very stuffy nose. People tend to gravitate toward things like nasal sprays, but we old folk know better. We have humidifiers going in every room, and carry water everywhere. When a camera isn't shoved in your face, you can use a little of that water and get some up your nostrils now & then, that really helps. There is a photo on the 'net somewhere of Bill touching his tongue to his nose ... maybe he uses that technique, like a water buffalo. LOL
