Thank you. I have had lots of good tips and advice from lovely susbribers over the last 2 years on this channel. The latest Colysteramine idea was actually from a subscriber. Lots of good diet advice too. People are so kind. I really think things are on the up now though at last! 😊

@@billrogersburp Thank you Bill. We’ve been spending most afternoons in the summer house, come rain 🌧️ or shine ✨. We are still putting our stamp on the inside, absolutely love it. Of course, being a techy, I’m going to make sure it has WiFi, and I shall also route power in there too. We’ve done a lot to our bungalow since we’ve had it, but this is one of those really significant additions and we are so happy with it. I know you said you may end your vlogs at #100, I have to say that would be a shame, but I understand nevertheless. All the best.

@@NeilBradleyMS It's a good time to see if the roof leaks. I saved our summerhouse by stretching a black tarpaulin across the roof and stapling it under the eaves. Cheap and works a treat! Bungalows are great - we wanted to move to one a couple of years ago (thinking of the future) but couldn't sell our house. So we're staying put. At least we are round the corner from shops as we get older! 😂

So glad you’re feeling better. 😀👏 I have familial hypercholesteremia also. In the US, we have a drug called Repatha, inject-at-home every two weeks. It dropped my LDL over 100 points in eight weeks. Been on it for about 5 years now…no side effects at all. Maybe your doctor can tell you, or you could Google, whether it’s available where you are. An Happy early Birthday to Helen! My b’day is Sunday, and my mother’s is also Monday, as was my grandfather’s.

Thanks for the tip about Repatha. I know my GP wanted me on statins about 7 years ago when I first found out how high it was. I said no as I wanted to get it down through changing food and lifestyle. I did turn it around but I'm expecting the worst now. Helen says thanks! And hope you and your family all enjoy your own birthdays! Great time of year to have one 😀🥳

@@billrogersburp I did nine months of no bacon, butter, sour cream, only nonfat milk, chicken breasts as my only protein, no fried food, etc., etc. I lost 60 pounds in 13 months. My HDL went down one whole point. Yes, one. I caved in to the medicine. But I totally understand the desire to try diet and lifestyle.

Hi Bill! So glad you're feeling better. I also have cancer. Stage 4 esophageal cancer that spread to my bones. However, I'm doing so well I can stop chemo in a year. I also have cerebral palsy. So it's been a hell of a year. Initially they gave me 2 years to live. So, I'm doing much better than expected! You have a great positive attitude. Love your videos. Hang in there!
