Bill Searching for Fancy Serial Numbers, Star Notes and Rare Bills
Searching $500 in $2 Bills and $1000 in $1 Bills for Star Notes and Fancy or Cool Serial Numbers! I picked up $1500 worth of federal reserve notes from local banks hoping to find more star notes, any valuable bills, or any fancy serial numbers in these circulated stacks of bills.
I hope you enjoy this bit of bill hunting with me. I was super happy to find not only quite a few $1 star notes BUT a few other cool notes as well.

Web notes are a type of United States currency named after the "web printing production" method of printing on continuous rolls of paper. Between 1992 and 1996, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing experimented to see if a web press that used continuous rolls of paper was quicker and cheaper than intaglio printing, which uses flat sheets. The notes produced were dollar bills from Series 1988A, Series 1993 and Series 1995. They are legal tender and are not considered error notes, although they are somewhat scarce and more valuable than bills produced by the sheet fed method.

I have 3 certificate $2 Bills first day issue. $20 each totally flawless, I have them hermetically sealed between hard plastic. A lot of collectors are unaware that Bills will fade in sun light.

I never come across straps of unc $2 bills...I'd be keeping those too! I do have a strap of unc $1 star notes. Recent cool serial numbers I've found in the past few weeks at work were 00008393, 5555501, and my first binary, 70077770. All are $1 notes. Thanks for the fun video!

My best find so far was a $1 with a serial number 00001000. I've been told it could be worth hundreds just because it hits several fancy factors. Plus for an older bill (2013) it's in great shape.

For Christmas my uncle gave me a 1928 $2 bill that looks brand new. No folds, no wrinkles, no markings, and is crisp. I have it put in a bill sleeve to keep it safe, but I'd love to know it's value. Have you ever had bills graded before?

Lot: 45 Rare year 2017 dollar bills. ALL are series “ A” ALL have the beginnings of an additional “O” next to Washington’s photo. If Washington’s photo was removed, you would see the complete “O” On the obverse under “Washington DC” under the “O” there are thirty-six small “spaces” where the gap should be but there are also eight “wide “spaces” and one space with no space and touching. On the reverse ALL 45 have the same small number “4” in the right corner. As to condition, most are near mint / mint. There are a handful ( perhaps 5) that appear to have been folded/creased in the center, otherwise fine. $starting bid: $20,000

$1 bill with lowest possible numbers : Two 3s, two 2s, 4 zeros, thus: 3O22OOO3 It also has an additional O forming to the right of Washington’s head on the obverse and on the reverse a black ink mark that looks when you focus and zoom in like a lobster-like figure with numerous black ink stains down the body and to the right of the lobster-like image are numerous black ink stains making this rare trinary note even rarer because of its errors. $599 OBO
