Searching Federal Reserve Notes for Fancy Serial Numbers, Star Notes and Rare Bills

I'll be looking through $1000 worth of federal reserve notes from my local bank hoping to find more star notes, any valuable bills, or any fancy serial numbers in these circulated stacks of bills. I hope you enjoy this bit of bill hunting with me. I was super happy to find not only quite a few $1 star notes BUT a few other cool notes as well. 😅 YES - I missed the Birthday Note for 06/06/2000 but luckily I was able to retrieve it BEFORE I deposited it. Between 1992 and 1996, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing experimented to see if a web press that used continuous rolls of paper was quicker and cheaper than intaglio printing, which uses flat sheets. The notes produced were dollar bills from Series 1988A, Series 1993 and Series 1995. The 17761812 bill is a double war bill. 1776 War of Independence and 1812 French and Indian War. That's super rare...🤑

I dont know much about common new Bill's. But I look for this stuff as well. I got a nice web note the other day, arent some of those supposed to be fairly valuable? Wither way I'm keeping for now lol. Good luck on the hunt

I have a 1976 $2 note I got from my Grandma and it's in bad shape but it is a rarer star not from the FRB of Minneapolis. Probably the best star note I have.

I have a matching pair of two identical serial numbers in the 2013B Star Note Series, Graded. Check out Silverpickers video from a couple weeks ago on them, very interesting. Actually I have two matching pairs. Wish I could post a picture here for you. Loved your video on strap searching!

How can I look up the relative value of a cool or low serial number? I have a $1 note that is 57777777 and a $50 note that is 00000160. Can't get any answers on a relative value on either? The 50 is crisp no crease and the $1 is a little beat with a crease in the middle.
