My sister is 27 now and when she was younger she used to brain was the whole family with HANSON.. posters EVERYWHERE on the ceiling, walls, dresser, etc.. music EVERYDAY blasting in her room. Lol. the good ol' days. They're big dorks lol but they're still cuties

@melrose985 I love Hanson and I know how talented they are. I don't really like Justin Bieber, but gotta admit he's got great singing techniques. Also, who says he can't play any instruments? He's a great drummer and an alright guitar and piano player.You're not wrong, you should have researched a bit more before affirming such things, though. About Hanson now, they all have multiple talents and they're incredibly amazing at what they do! I do agree with you, they should have more publicity!

Yeah. People should hate responsibly. JB plays the piano and the guitar and has writing credits on a lot of his songs. (with many others so it's hard to say how much he contributes) He's probably talented but so run through the pop music meat grinder you can't tell. BUT the reason people HATE him has nothing to do with that. They HATE him for the same reasons people hated Hanson back in the day: Looks and sounds kinda like a girl, signature song is easy to make fun of, young. Easy target.

Now, why does a kid who sounds and looks like a 13 year old girl (Justin Bieber) who sings remakes and songs that have nothing but the word 'baby' over and over, WHO clearly can't write songs or play any instruments..have more attention than Hanson, a band who writes all their own songs since they were younger than Bieber, and they clearly have talent and play instruments?! Hanson's amazing. THey should have more publicity

@melrose985 Bieber plays instruments. Hanson was just as huge as Justin Bieber at one time (gotta love cute little white boys that can sing). And come on, back in the day Hanson wore their hair pretty long and were called girls too. The test for Bieber will be if he's around as long as Hanson has been and if he grows and improves as much as Hanson did.

@melrose985 Don't know much bout JB's before fame songs as Hanson but the one I did hear was better than he's being percieved for now ie "Baby." But his label wants something catchy that anyone can memorize quickly and therefore money can be made faster. And as far as Hanson getting more publicity now, I think that's on the horizon because sooner or later people are going to be tired of manufactured souless music. I only got hardcore into hanson about 2 or 3 years ago and I never looked back.

@melrose985 hanson is amazing! they are super talented and deserve so much success....but to bieber's defense, the kid actually can play instruments and he has written his own songs, BUT it seems like more of a marketing tool to make all his songs sound POP-y and lame. If u check out some of his acoustic stuff, it's actually decent compared to his cd and i think they may have only let him use one of his own songs.....seems like just another way to make someone sound crappy to make money

I am so sorry this band is still playing music! They are one of the worst bands ever to get national attention. I guess this is some modern day Partridge Family action. Though I thought these guys would be advised to never attempt a comeback. Everyone only knows one dumb song and they can "bop" it all day. BOOO I cannot believe they are BILLBOARD "artists"... You guys all know this is really bad music and they were the immediate decline of good music on public radio.
