@Sara-xk1ns2 жыл бұрын
I just watched an interview with the kid Laroi earlier and he said he’s an anxious person too and always thinks worst case scenarios. It’s so odd to me bc I’ve struggled with anxiety for most of my life (36 now) and I always imagine people like Post and Laroi as confident performers. I like that artists are being more open about mental health and normalizing it now a days, it’s something that was never talked about when I was a teen.

I can tell you from experience, something I learned at rehab. We ALL bleed the same blood. Being famous doesn't give you a suit of armour. As a musician I also know that almost every other musician I've met had been one of the most troubled / kind humans. The same thing applies for rehab. Don't be so quick to judge the book by it's cover ( Not implying you are ). Some of the most kind / caring and compassionate people I've met in my life, were also the most terrifying looking. We love you in Canada Posty. 2 years sober now bro ( December 22nd 2022 ) ... Sayin' one's too many, hundred isn't enough, alright, yeah. One Day at a Time 🤙
@Sara-xk1ns2 жыл бұрын
@@foxz0mbie1 absolutely. I wasn’t implying they are stronger then humans, I just mean from my experience my anxiety doesn’t allow me to be in large groups. I have social anxiety really bad, when I was younger I couldn’t even enter the mall thru the food court bc I felt like everyone would look at me when I came in so I used the dept store entrances or smaller entrances. I couldn’t imagine being a musician and having anxiety bc I wouldn’t have the confidence or ability to go out in huge arenas and perform even if I knew I was a good artist haha, so I’m saying it amazes me that their passion for their music and performing is so strong they can even do that. Everyone’s anxiety is different and I think it’s healthy to see these celebrities be open about it bc it’s normal. It also shows teens and kids u can have anxiety but still be successful. You can still perform sold out shows, tour, etc. anxiety isn’t just being home alone with panic attacks. And congrats on your sobriety! I’ve got 12 years clean now and every day counts, they add up little by little until you blink and see years have gone by. And I agree, we all bleed the same blood. Drugs, mental health, illness….none of it discriminates, they can affect us all. I’ve seen some of the most ideal put together people have some of the worst addictions, people assume addiction only targets low class, poor people. But especially during the pain pill epidemic a decade ago here in the US, addiction hit so many white collar households. Stay at home moms were dr shopping and getting prescriptions. Some of the people in rehab who looked like they were in their worst, disheveled and not put together, they were the nicest most down to earth empathetic souls. But then I’d try to talk to one of the wealthy addicts who’s parents were paying for their 5th rehab and they didn’t care, was rude to staff, treated rehab as a joke. I do my very best to never judge someone by not just their outsides but also their personality. I don’t know what kind of day they’re having, what they’ve gone thru, I really try to get to know someone before I form my opinion. I treat all strangers with the same kindness I’d treat a friend. Mental health affects so many of us, I’m just glad celebrities are being more open so especially the younger crowd can see this and not feel so alone.

To be honest he needs producers who are pushing the envelope in production. Often times a producer working with a top artist will make music, beats, etc. from a commercial point of view which turns into conservative choices being made. He needs to link with a producer he has chemistry with and make everything from the ground up. Post is a talented artist, but he really needs to create with a small group of tight-knit producers he clicks with. We would get great music from him at that point!

His “Goodbye” song and “circles” really helped me get through my breakup back in 2019. My ex is from the military so he was stationed in the east while I was in the west. He had a best friend here and his girlfriend was moving the same area where he was stationed. I trusted him (which is my fault) and told him he should take her out to hangout with his military friends since all of us and her boyfriend were back in the west coast. And they did but he ended up cheating on me with her, she ended up breaking up with her boyfriend in October and my ex broke up with me on November before our anniversary. I was so broken, I cried myself to sleep and muffled my cries so no one would hear me sob at nights. I would listen to post Malone’s songs and even ariana grande’s ghostin song. Somehow they helped me move on and recover from my heartbreak.

I love this guy, and I am not the biggest fan of his music. I can't get enough of watching him interact with people. So genuine, I watched the whole stream with ItzTimmy. SO cool

Literally just now was wondering when a new album was coming, and decided to search- well what do ya know! Post is great, and I’m so stoked for new music. I would love to see him live again. It’s been going on 5 years now. He’s grown tremendously since then, it seems. Take care of yourself, Austin! 2022 📈 If you read this, make a song with Lil Skies this year 👀 🔥

I live here in Utah. Came from Texas , been a lot of places.... Hes 💯 correct about being here. Once I came here I knew this was were I needed to be. The creativity that grew in me here has led to a successful biz. I've hoped to run into him just so I can shake his hand and tell him thank you. thank you for being a genuine humble soul. For sharing his art and creativity that's changed so many lives. For showing himself to us in his natural state so those coming up can see it's ok to be who you are as long as your true to yourself. Post, you are a force of nature, a humble but magnificent King. Your uniqueness and unapologetic style is soul warming. I can't wait to always hear what you have to say next, because it's obvious that you walk in the honesty and sincerity of your words in every interview, comment or song. That in itself is inspiring and like breath of fresh air in this terrible era of passive agressive bullying and passive snitching. Thank you for maintaining your moral compass and it setting a positive example for those that look up to you and are inspired by you. You are truly a gift, beyond just a man, you are a King. Continue to be blessed you deserve all the wonderful things in store for you. If I ever happen to cross paths with you, I would love to buy you a few beers, shake your hand , and thank you in person. Blessed Be King Post.

I've been out of touch w/music for long long time, and no tv just as long. But I Truly Love this kid/young man, especially at this time in my life I WAS IN NEED OF SOMETHING TO UP-LIFT ME AGAIN,
