I can totally relate to the coyote story. We have a Pyrenees/Shepherd mix that has scared plenty of coyotes away. Of course, our Cattle Dog mix calls them out first, and our Husky mix just want to join coyotes.

That sounds about right knowing how my moms dog interacts with mine.... I take care of my mom so her Chihuahua came with her.. Well I got a Boxer and a Yorkie Terrie.... Yep my moms little dog runs around in the yard barking at folks on the street while my dogs stand behind it as if to say "come on try and take her, I dare you........" LOL

There was a funny story in one of the Readers Digest one time and I wish that I had clipped it out and saved it. A man had written in and said he had been asleep in the nude while a storm swept in. They had a large table umbrella and the storm had been blowing it all around and he had been afraid that the wind would blow it away so without bothering to but any clothes on he ran out and got it and brought it into the house. The next morning his next door neighbor called him and told him that he and his wife had enjoyed his performance Flying Mary Poppins last night. 😂😂😂

PSA: if your dog is eatings its turds, that means it's either not digesting its food properly or is not getting proper nutrition. You need to get some liquid vitamins for dogs from your vet and follow the recommended dosage until the base cause is remedied. I had this experience with a puppy. My puppy thought the liquid vitamins were the best treat in the world and went crazy for it!

Make of this what you will. While living in Colorado, 3 coyotes made their way into my backyard one morning. I actually tried soy bacon, it sat in the fridge for weeks. I cooked some up and tossed it in the yard. They smelled it, kind of looked at each other then promptly took turns peeing on it. Never saw them again.
