Thanks for the grudge match Seth! As soon as I got home I figured out I was high centered on my bottom armor plate (I had done all my at home driving without the bot fully assembled ). Hoping to bring a mobile version of The Reaper to August's NHRL!

It would be awesome to see more driver cam footage, and it also seems like the perfect candidate for being easily turned into shorts footage if you were ever interested in doing that.

@@JustCuzRobotics That’s kinda strange, since shorts typically get pushed in the algorithm more initially than full videos.

That is sortof true. I have found most of the time when I post a short it gets a lot of views within the first few hours, and then almost completely flatlines in views for weeks to come. My long videos get a chunk of views (usually between 1000 and 2000) in the first 3 days, and usually at least 1000 more in the next 2 weeks, and a slow and steady trickle of views for years to come.

Thank you! I'm glad someone took notice lol. I just started a 7 day trial from Epidemic Sound and grabbed music from there, they have good stuff. It's really really hard to find royalty free rock and metal that doesn't sound like complete trash, synthesized guitar is just super bad most of the time.

Is there a “multiplication”? I mean you got division and subtraction so why not multiplication?

Not yet, I'm saving that name for maybe a larger weight class than 3lbs. I did work on a plastic ant called Addition but it caught fire before it was able to compete.... I'll have to give it another shot someday.

@@JustCuzRobotics when you make multiplication you should some crazy thing to it, i feel like division and subtraction are too bland or generic, i know they perform really well but they look like most combat robots, if you add something different and experiment maybe you’ll make a very powerful robot, just an opinion though

Both Division V4 and Subtraction have something weird and experimental... Both use direct drive weapon motor systems which is extremely rare for the 3lb weight class, billet aluminum is extremely unusual for Subtraction and a counter gyro flywheel is about as weird and experimental as it gets on Division V4 lol

Multiplication sounds like the perfect name for a multi-bot. IIRC the NHRL rules would allow 2 20lb bots to enter the 30lb bracket.

The V3 chassis hasn't competed yet, it will be fighting June 1st only. I never got my CNC Madness order in time for Bot Brawl so I ran SSP

Overall, Subtraction 2.0 is a decent bot in March NHRL. Looking forward to see the Version 3.0 of Subtraction, when that video comes.

Not over forever, it's been on a very long break. That bot was really complicated to design and didn't work very well so I need to go back to the drawing board for it to do the concept justice. The first version took me more than 6 months to design and prototype into a working form - I do not have that kind of free time these days as I am running a business full time now. But I do want to bring it back!
