🤯 I never thought about the IR in the pelvis being restricted by anterior compression as I really only think about the posterior upper and lower as contributing to pelvis orientation. So posterior lower gives the ER in a more ABducted position, and because the anterior is compressed, IR is limited.

Hey Bill what do you mean when you say “ You gotta bring him back”? Are you referring to reorient the pelvis posteriorly with some 90-90 hip shift or hookline bridge or you are referring to the phase of gait, suggesting to go back to early propulsion? Thank you a lot

Can you go over the Horizontal ABD for the thorax? I would have assumed the measures would have been swapped given the orientation. Since the spine is turned towards the right I would have assumed the right would have been 35 and the left would have been 10. Also, this is the type of presentation that would "lose" ER and gain arm flexion once we reoriented on the right side, correct?

Consider that because of the turn, the shoulder was dropping in IR thus the magnified measure.
