its not just sleep paralisys that the song is based around its also about that she is unsure of someones love for her cause she says why arent you scared of me why wont you run from wich is basically translated to why do you stay even tough you could be whit someone that doesnt have my problems so its both about her problems in itself and why people keep staying at her side even tho she has this problems and demons in her life. so thats a bit of the song you should deffo listen to this several times to understand it and also watch her genius video about this. and i also think she has a short documentary shes a very special and talented girl and she really genuine as a person too. much love your reactions are fire

Sleep paralysis...I get it every now and then, but not as much as I would like to. It's the best feeling in the world to me. It used to scare me, but now I have learned to control the dream and make it whatever I want. It's amazing. It terrifies most people, because you are truly paralyzed from waking up, moving, etc...but you're mind is clear. Hard to explain, unless you have experienced the condition.

I have sleep paralysis and you can't move any part of your body. Also, your eyes (at least mine) are open. I try to scream and move but can't. So, I love her line "my limbs are froze and my eyes won't close) She's asks a lot of valid questions. I think she said she's playing the point of the 'monster. Example: sleep paralysis, night terrors, etc.

I know it is super old, but for people like me that watch stuff at 3 am lol - @amicy - it's about her experiencing sleep paralysis, right. From speaking to her and watching a documentation, her broth, mom and dad are (really supportive, and close), including her brother. She wrote a lot of her demons down, and living in Hollywood, being in that for so long, it's unfortunate sounds natural. She doesn't take Dr&&s or Dr#$k, as she mentions. - Remember she words for a label - media/life/things sell "sad and even images" - it's a part of the industry, respectfully. They all sound amazing and I saw her 2 months ago in London. I hope that helps. They are all nice. Even with her record label they are nice too.
