The name of the song is “hostage”, lol. She just wants the person to be HERS. And only hers. She wants that person to be her…hostage. Maybe she is writing about her past experiences. Maybe she felt like she was hostage to someone else in a previous relationship. Sometimes people write about what they know..have experienced.
