The song is all about stalkers and fame and having to be super careful about people knowing where she is. She says, "I bought a secret house when I was 17, haven't had a party since I got the keys." meaning she had to keep it a secret that she moved so her stalker and creeps in general didn't know where she was and she could have some privacy. "Did you think I'd show up in a limousine? No, had to save my money for security." She can't make it obvious that she's a celebrity going somewhere so she stays under the radar and needs lots of security for protection. "Had a pretty boy over but he couldn't stay, on his way out, made him sign an NDA cause I don't want him having sh#t to say." That's a non-disclosure agreement, meaning the person cannot talk about the event or where she lives, etc. depending on what was in the agreement. Again, for her safety and privacy as a celebrity. And she says, "Got a stalker walkin' up and down the street, says he's satan and he'd like to meet." She's had a stalker which puts her in danger, I think that's who the people in the background are supposed to be. When she turns around they aren't there but they are lurking in the background, which is obviously terrifying. So basically she wants privacy and safety like any other human but it's really hard as a huge celebrity. Anyway that's my long interpretation, if you read this far thanks!
