Yes you got most of it right. Her videos are all one-take for the most part. There's a behind the scenes video showing her mother freaking out and Billie bleeding from all the bruises on her knees from scraping the road surface. The camera rig was setup behind a truck and that was 26 stunt drivers in the middle of the night on a deserted road going crazy.

There's a behind the scenes of this video and there are 22 or 24 stunt drivers. There's a shot of her mom in an RV on the side of the road not being able to watch this part. Billie directs all of her videos after When the Party is Over and she's truly amazing. She doesn't use CGI at all.

I absolutely love the last scene. The strobing lights in the dust makes it feel like a thunderstorm mixed with the red effect from the taillights of the cars makes it feel ominous and evil. Also the camera shake only happens when the cars come and its symbolism for her distress. She is soooooooo sooooo talented I love her so much.

Billie had to get a couple restraining orders out on a few individuals who had found her family home and was stalking her and her family. He was making threats on her life. I believe this creepy feeling is to simulate the paranoia she's felt out in public. It talks about the dark side of fame. How you have to have people in your life sign an NDA just to keep yourself safe. She is brilliant at being able to create her music and visuals in a way that allows you to feel the emotion She wants to convey. Which is why so many people say her music is creepy or sad. She wants to make people feel.

You finding this one creepy made me laugh, this one is pretty tame for a Billie video. Brace yourself for the others! Billie first song went viral when she was 13 years old, she's still only 21 right now. This song is about making it big and having the money for a dream house but not being able to enjoy it and have a party because of the celebrity status, struggling with being under watch by everyone while you're growing up and trying to have fun and make mistakes, but you have to make people sign NDAs to make sure these things don't cause your career any harm. Such a young age to be making it big and having to deal with that weight of expectation on you.

Woa! Good eye! I just rewatched it for that and saw it too! So, my first thought it that it's some sort of speaker that is playing the song so she can sing along with it. But it could be a mic transmitter so the director or whoever is listening can make sure shes on time with the song! It could also be some sort of communication device, like a radio or something to have the director talk to her easily while she is walking so that she knows what and when to do things! Lots of things it could be! But it's a little too hard to see the details of it to tell. Good eye!! Ya, I re-read the lyrics after the video was over and saw that. It really is sad

She doesn't do a lot of auto tune. She uses it very very occasionally for artistic effect. the first time she did that people absolutely HATED it. It went over better this time once people realized she wasn't trying to pretend she could sing but wanted a cool effect on her voice for a part of the song.

I don't think that is technically "autotune" but rather is an audio effect added for atmosphere. She is not correcting her pitch, but instead is adding flavor to the tone like might be done with other electronica effects.
