Actually, a very helpful description of the various parts of Billings.

Couldn't find where gma and GPA hills piccolo lane home was. Johnny piccolo helped build their home back in post WW2. Gma norene (then oconnell) & her siblings owned the busy bee Cafe that's alongside where I90 is now, it much later became that Irish themed place that closed down a few years ago

it looks like we will be ending up in Shepherd, the pricing in billings have shot up pretty rapidly
@movemetomt3 жыл бұрын
Shepherd and areas around there like Huntley and Worden are awesome! You can usually get a little bit more land out there too. It’s crazy how simple supply and demand is driving prices up. 😩 let me know if I can help you in anyway.

There are so many great builders in Billings. I’m using south pine design to build mine. Wells Built, image builders, branding iron design, trailhead builders, Dustin Davison construction are a few!

Born & Raised in Billings in 1957. Once I realized where to live it was before the Crime came in from other States. Today I live in Ironwood Subdivision and remain away from North & South Park Crime area’s. I know you want to stay away from the Heights. Lots of Crime out there anymore. Theft & poor schools.

Oh wow!! So nice to hear from a true local. I love the ironwood subdivision. Do you like it?

Not meaning to offend anyone with this question, whatever your politics: however, I am thinking seriously about moving to Billings from Missoula, as my rent is $1500 a month for a tiny one-bedroom (I work remotely). I have been to Billings, think it looks nice, but I've heard it's a bit more on the conservative side. I'm not really out and loud gay, more quiet and introverted gay, so my sexuality is not always apparent to people. Does anyone know if Billings is a gay friendly city, (with perhaps an actual gay bar), or is it just something that "people don't really like to talk about"?
@movemetomt3 жыл бұрын
Hi Bill, man that is definitely a lot for a one bedroom so I understand why you would want to move. I know and am friends with gay people in the community. While this city does tend to be on the more conservative side compared to Missoula we have a wonderful gay community. I really find that Billings angry people rant on Facebook but while out and about it’s a “to each their own” mentality. Give me a call if you’d like 406-580-8754

@@itzjustkris7964 oh for sure! My mom used to live in Loveland. It’s beautiful. I think Billings has really beautiful areas. The trees are gorgeous. I love our trail systems and parks and we have beautiful old neighborhoods, but with every big city there is going to be some ugly that comes along with that.

Like.. girl.. you do understand.. no one in Billings supports ur "influx" strategy right? Outta towers get the bird.. do u inform them of this??
@movemetomt3 жыл бұрын
I’m sorry, but I don’t have a strategy. I simply make videos to better inform people before they make a decision on real estate. If you give out of towners the bird that’s fine to each their own, but not every one does. I may have only been here 6 years, but I’m incredibly respectful to the people that have been here their whole lives. My boyfriend is from central Montana and some of my best friends have lived in Billings their entire life. I’m just over here spreading the love I have for real estate and the knowledge I do have of the area. 🤷🏻♀️
