Typical three month summer break runs from mid to late May until mid to late August. Chandler and Queen Creek schools are "year-round." They take summer break from late May until late July and then take off two weeks each during fall, winter and spring.

I visited the mansion but was not able to do the guided tour so i appreciate the extra color on the mansion and family. I don't think ive ever seen a mansion maintained in so original condition with so many personal belongings. Definitely worth a visit in Billings ❤

I loved living in Big Sky also Bozeman. But Billings was the worst place I lived. Cold and flat besides the Rim. Shout out to my good friend Dan Horman a fellow realtor in Billings. Enjoying living on Maui now.

Sounds like Billings isn't the right place for the demographic of retirement age folks, even living in condos, rather than the younger demographic. And if the snow clearing us so poor, then it affects mobility in general, and especially if the older demographic. Not nearly as easy as Boise, which has a warmer climate in the winter, i guess.

"everywhere has crime" while this is true, the caliber and type of crime you get is entirely dependent upon the demographics of the area. There is a difference between crimes of passion between people who know each other and someone's grandmother being murdered during a home invasion, or in a parking lot for her carkeys.

I don't live in Billings I live in Lincoln Nebraska even though I have family that live in Bozman and Billings. Living in Lincoln there are small spots area's of criminal activity but overall not bad at all. Everyone who lives residential has a door cam and or including local automatic security mechanisms in place, Neighborhood Watches are Very Active this also includes a neighborhood Facebook watch from who's tabby cat is sitting on the hood of my car in the mornings, to there has been a sketchy vehicle spotted in the area. Local law enforcement also keeps they're ear to the ground. We get the Metropolitan crowd that think were a Mayberry kind of place, its more of a community envoriment, if anything else. They get a subtle and it is a subtle, reminder of reality.
