He used to throw parties for the staff of Experience Music Project there. I went to several when I was a kid, they usually were themed after certain decades. I remember his 60s party the best. The beach house had an indoor jacuzzi with a mounted television, and several showers that overlooked a small pond area. It's an interesting property, for sure.

Nice video, you have the tennis court and basketball buildings switched tho. The tennis court is to the south and trailblazer themed basketball court to the north and the building you have as guest house 2 & 3 which is just west ( toward the water) of the previous two mentioned building and is actually a library and also served as his mothers house. While working there my favorite time of day was getting a wave or brief word with her. Lovely lady she was and always had time for anyone. All the upper buildings were connected via skybridges or walk ways. All products , materials involved in construction of structures or landscape were of the finest. No expense spared. Lots ofDale Chihully blown glass everywhere from half million $ chandeliers to what look like giant marbles also made from blown glass all around the landscaping.

Incredible video!! You should do this for Bezos, Schultz, and Gates houses as well because they are all in the area. Fun Fact: Paul Allen also owned the water front property directly to the left (bought in 2016) and 3 other non-waterfront homes in the far right corner (11 total pieces of land acquired over two decades)

The drone is held steady via (1) barometric altimeter, (2) accelerometer, gyroscope and compass, (3) GPS, (4) downward facing optical sensors and (5) omnidirectional sonar sensors for collision avoidance. The end result of all these sensors is a phenomenally stable flight even in windy conditions.
