Hmmmm Ghana journalism... Didn't the budget come with the list of the roads... ??? So if the roads isn't finished do that mean money aren't expended on the projects...?? How could the government cut expenditure when we keep demanding for more.?? At least for once being optimistic for your nation won't kill you...!!
