Of course he knew. The gm probably had it all planned and ran it through Josh and hot the green light. Von miller contract and production holding team back. Diggs negative energy is holding back Josh from just letting rip. In my opinion now Josh will force the ball less and just make his reads. Now when he has a bad game it will be easier to let it go and not have to worry about teammates beating a dead horse.

@@dorothyhunter4656 facts.imagine if the bills could get some height at receiver. With Josh ability to scramble he would be able to just throw it up and give the receivers a chance. Critics complain about Josh interceptions but many of those interceptions are 3rd and long. Where an interception deep in defense territory is the same as a punt. So he gives his receivers a chance and worse case the interception is equal to a punt. Also some of his picks were receivers option routes and they were not on same page. Receivers run left and he throws right to nobody and he looks like he doesn’t know what he is doing.

3:40, Khalil Shakir is the next Andre Reed for Bills fans. And Josh will have, with Shakir and Dalton Kincaid the same 1-2 punch pass catching room that Jim Kelly had with Reed and James Loften. No more drama or BS, just winning football. Shakir and Kincaid BOTH would have caught that bomb that was dropped in the 4th quarter against KC!

Those different things Shakir/Kincaid can do is bring us our first World Championship. I look at catch radius, similar to Travis Kelce for Mahomes. Shakir/Kincaid are flexible, great instincts, can improvise and are on the same page with Josh. When he scrambles, they instinctively know what to do. Diggs is still great, but he is precise and more like a west coast offense WR. Nothing wrong with that, but Josh wins like Mahomes, they need flexibility. Watch Shakir in the KC playoff game. I wish Josh threw to him 15 TIMES! we would have won. But it's coming in '24 and Beane will get a solid WR or two in the draft.
