A football endzone is 4800sq ft. They did 160 feet * 10 yards. They didn't convert the yards to feet for the depth. So the ship would be about a third the size of an endzone. That's a pretty small area to have to be in for that long, especially when you think about having to have your bathroom/kitchen/all the electrical that goes into it in that area as well.

The problem with the AI video stuff isn't OpenAi, they're the nicest of all AI companies. When others take that and apply it to less-moral applications, it's going to be bad. There's already AI adult photos with celebrity faces, deepfake'd faces on videos with anybody you want, it's all already available. Wait until there's realistic 4k video and you can just put in an instagram handle of your crush or a celebrity and you can make them doing anything they want. Or make fake leaks of celebrities doing things and bringing them to court over it. Or a very realistic one. Imagine a celebrity on the come up. Someone tweets a video of them doing something terrible or embarrassing. Even if it takes an hour to call it fake, there's potentially tens of thousands of people spreading a rumor about someone and that sticks. No one sees the response or followup. People only see the initial spark. And because we're all messed up, even if we're told it's fake, some people will say "doesn't matter because this is funny" and we now will live in a world where someone who doesn't like you can make an embarrassing video of you, it becomes record and true even though it's not.
