This freedom has brought back my natural swing. Shot the best round of my life recently. I’ve tried but the I don’t think I’m a gifted enough athlete for the drop it under move, which requires an external rotation and internal rotation all on the downswing. This is all one direction on the way down. Had a club fitting today. Fitter kept saying you coming over the top and a little steep, but drilling it straight +/- slight left. Put me in players irons and said go with it. Inside I knew I was already there.

I've always laughed when people saw my Swing and said I was OTT. I agree the lay down movement has ruined more players than we will ever really go. Anatomically the shoulders want to perform so that the player can exit left really hard. One thing that I tell my clients is low and left through the exit point for a right hand player. That guarantees the shoulders will perform more efficiently. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for another great video Christo. This one may the final key to fully recovering the inside/up/ott swing I learned as a junior back in the late 1970s before it was ruined by instruction I received in the "modern swing" when I returned to golf in the mid 1990s after a several years hiatus. I have memories of playing 40 years ago with partners remarking about my rear foot slide on the downswing (maybe I learned it from the Billy Casper book my dad had). I will now see if muscle memory can take over. At 58, I am having the most fun playing golf in years and attributable to your OTT Miracle Swing videos.

Billy Casper won 51 Times as noted. Billy won 27- PGA tournaments just from 1966-1970. Which is 2 more wins than Jack Nicklaus over the same period and more wins than Gary Player and Arnold Palmer combined 1966-70!!!!!!

Pause it @ 3:04. The man is not OTT the way most really bad players are OTT. You're not being precise enough. He brings it back shallow and then makes a move to steepen it, but he is still very close to on plane. Most bad golfers are many degrees over the plane and swiping across the ball with an open face.

I’ll give you the fact he brought it back inside, but I’d love you to put a mark on the handle of him and everyone else you’ve been saying is over the top at address position. You’ll find they return it back on plane, not over…I guess the OTT name of what your preaching just rubs me wrong because it’s not truly over the top in the traditional manner.
