I had a trailer with a gate and drove it on. It's pretty heavy to lift. It would fit in a truck if you had a good set of ramps to do so.

How do you control how fast it moves....?

The engine throttle controls speed of everything including the blade. But the left and right handles control front and back movement. I felt like it was a good speed.
