I consider myself a Rock fan, but its true what Billy Graham is saying here. All The Rocks bullshit tweets about going to the gym at 6 am and eating 7 meals a day - whats the point in telling us that without mentioning the boatload of anabolics he is using. Cena definitely has in the past, not certain about currently but wouldnt be surprised if he is. I've nothing against steroid use, but I think its a disgrace to lie to young fans trying to emulate their heroes by showing them their training and diet regimes but omitting the fact that they are hormonally enhanced

you can tell if someone has been on steroids if they are using they gain muscle quick John Cena i'm not the biggest fan of him but i've never had any reason to think he was on steroids or had been he hasn't gotten big over night like most steroid users do. he did weight lifting most of his life before wwe so he would naturally gain muscle over time. neither do i think The Rock has he's supposedly the healthiest man in the world he's also done weight lifting from a young i would expect him to be that big.

Travis williams The rock is 260lbs under 10% bodyfat. He is ripped AND huge. The amount of time he has been training actually has nothing to do about it. He does steroids for movies and wrestling, and probably also because its his image to be big. There's nothing wrong with him doing them. He has his purposes.

Steroids played a HUGE part in pro wrestling's overall success. PERIOD!! Think about the greatest performers with their intense promos, larger than life personalities, and greek god-like physiques. Do you really think Superstars like "Superstar", Hogan, Rock, Austin, Warrior, HHH etc would have reached those heights without the gas? Everything in moderation Folks :)

it relives joint pain in that it decreases regbeneration time, increases muscle build around the joint areas wich reliefs strain..but thats short term , i stil wudnt do roids..

Pro wrestling is an athletic activity, but it's not an athletic competition. They're entertainers. It's all about the look and the fans reaction. So if they're taking steroids, it's not like they're cheating like, say, a pro cyclist or football player or even a pro bodybuilder would be. So, why should it even matter? If they realize the risks to their health and decide to use steroids anyway, then that's on them.

Sorry but there's no way he never used. The Rock is nearly pushing 50. The male body does not produce enough testosterone at that age to maintain lean body mass, muscular retention, etc. Being that big and lean at age 50 is nearly impossible, naturally.

***** I think that you really need to educate yourself on the topic of steroids (i don't mean this in an offensive way). First of all, if you take testosterone your balls will shrink. They are the ones that produce the hormone called testosterone and once you insert more than the normal levels, the balls will stop producing it. Second of all, a reasonable usage of steroids can still provide a healthy life (and is sometimes recommended to older people!). And finally third, the Rock uses much more roids than Arnold for example.
