Perfectly said....we were lucky to grow up with the best music EVER! I love seeing My IDOLS sing and perform as they mature. Saw him live at the Warfield in SF, general admission, in like the late 90's and it was rockin and packed! Shoulder to shoulder on the floor, the good ole days!!

I saw him last year on May 19 2023 at Sandia Casino outside venue it was magical. He is by far one of my all time artist. I'm 60 years young and I listened to this album over and over again. He looks great and I will never forget his lyrics and how much they mean to me.

Tipping my hat to 2 talented individuals here. Just Billy Idol singing, no autotuning here folks, that's just him and his ability to sing. And Steve Stevens, just a guy playing a guitar in real life, no computer, just him with his abilty to play a tune. These 2 guys are a great example of when music had a soul, when you really had to be able to sing to sell records. I miss the 80s. I love you Billy Idol and thank you for being the soundtrack during my life as a teenager. Hearing your voice brings me back.

Not sure I would call it better, but he certainly is well aware about its limits and uses it accordingly. He never goes to hard on the high notes and instead allows his voice to be hoarse. He drops the pretension of range in favor of adding character. Which only makes him appear more confident.

Saw Billy Idol this past summer. Honestly one of the most fun concerts I have attended. He sounded great, was having fun, and seemed to genuinely appreciate his fans still showing up for him. If you have an opportunity to attend a concert, dont pass it by.

I know it’s late, but we saw him the summer of 2019. I appreciate These 2 more now than when I was growing up and to see them live was a blast. No special props or crazy antics, just good rock n’roll where the artist and audience are having a truly great time. Do see him if you get the chance!

No autotune, no computer instruments, no sampling others music because you have no talent. This is what it was all about back then, an ability to write meaningful lyrics, sing and play an instrument. I pity those today who have no concept of just how great music can be a big part of your life.

I spent the summer of 84 in the hospital after a car accident. I'd sing along with this song on my Walkman. Until late one night the other patients complained that my singing was keeping them up 😄 Still love Billy!

As a guitar player, I've always been a huge fan of Billy Idol and Steve Stevens and all I got is this- It's simply gotten better as far as I'm concerned. STILL has stellar vocals, and Steve Stevens is playing better than ever. Seriously, this is impressive
