If you want another story song of Billy Joel's try "Scenes from an Italian Restaurant". Other Billy Joel hits include: My Life, Only the Good Die Young, New York State of Mind, We didn't Start the Fire, Movin' Out, Uptown Girl, & You May Be Right. Lots more, too!

Great reaction.... you "got it." Performer/observer sees and writes about the human condition. It's one of my favs. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

He is a fantastic storyteller with a huge catalog (13 albums). He's got great videos, and his live performances are unreal. If you want to see some serious piano skills, check out Prelude/Angry Young Man Live from Long Island. Crazy!! One of his videos called We Didn't Start the Fire, which chronicles world events in his lifetime is a favorite of fans, though he said he didn't care for it much. Basically just print out his catalog of music, close your eyes and point. He's THAT good.

Uptown Girl, We Didn’t Start the Fire, You Had To Be A Big Shot, Longest Time, The Way You Are, You May Be Right - just the tip of the iceberg. Please watch them with their videos - they're great.

“New York State of Mind” at The Old Gray Whistle Test (a British TV music show) is pure musicianship and very entertaining as well. He’s a great performer, and he’s not afraid to share the spotlight with his band members, top notch musicians, some of whom have worked with him for decades. They’re all great in his rather theatrical videos, too.

'Scenes from an Italian Restaurant' is another great story type song. 'Angry Young Man' is a fantastic song with a great rhythm and fantastic piano playing in it.

This was his break-out hit that started his journey to stardom. The story is about the people he met working The Executive Club in LA. My name's not Davy, but I stayed in the Navy for life. I don't regret it because it's the best thing I ever did. The other video takes just a little of my imagination. Example: A sailor in uniform doesn't need to point it out. That said, great acting by all. "Yes, they're sharing a drink they call loneliness, but it's better than drinking alone."

Billie Joel has so many massive hits that it's difficult to narrow down suggestions. Probably my favorite of his songs is "River of Dreams".

Please Stop commenting on the scenes in the video ....... 🙄.. It's mean to be the song that you're reacting to ? You need to do this again ... without watching the video, as you somehow managed to miss/ignore one of the greatest lines in modern music..... I'm not even going to tell you what it is ... but go back @5:25 on your video and listen...🤷♂
