One of my favorite artists from a youth! I remember when he was to put on a concert on my island, had a chance to hang with him one on one. The promoters somehow got the dates mixed up on the flyers or something , cant remember but only like 2 people showed up to the concert. Billy performed like there were 20,000 people in the audience. He came out and said '''it dont matter if the music touch 10000 sheep or 2 sheep in the flock, he is going to do his job sameway''' (not verbatim,, was like 20yrs ago lol)

Growing up at the dizzying heights of the roots era of the 70s and later 80s), Mystic Revealers was one of the few later generation roots band (along with Morgan Heritage, Ziggy Marley the Melody Makers, Ragin' Fyah, Midnite and a few others that I enjoyed listening to, almost as much as my heroes and foundation artists and icons of yesteryears.

I know that brethren. Face looks very familiar. And I used to live I that area too. Star of the East lane, the little dirt lane beside the little green shop. Living out a Bull Bay was the best years of my life. Although me a bald head now is out a Bull Bay I sight the light. I had access to the beaches, roaming the hills holiday time, bird shóoting, football every Sunday in front a Cable Hut beach across the road. Then when I graduate from K.C. , me start spar with Colin Coke, Ital Stew, Jah Mack, Bunny Wailers, too much to mention, but those days were good days, free like the birds in the tree. As you say , Nuff sound system pass through Little Copa. I am 69 years young, cane river used to be my bathroom, before my father completed our house. Good time.
