My dad is a local musician and growing up he always reminded me of Billy Ray Cyrus. I used to look up to Miley and her dad and how God-oriented and family-oriented they were because it reminded me of my family. Unfortunately, he has followed a similar path and we are estranged. He has gone off the deepend and it's impossible to get through to him. My mom divorced his crazy ass and then my dad tortured his new wife (married only a year after meeting) while trying to constantly recapture his glory days at local open mic nights. He's also obsessed with Trump. Divorced Dads are losing their goddamn minds lmao i see a trend. I wish the best for Billy Ray's family and hope they all get peace. It's awful to lose a family member to mental illness😭😭😭
