What's amazing about Billy Strings is that his technique lies in the right hand, or the strumming hand. Dude is playing arpeggios, strumming chords, and running up scales all simultaneously

If Billy lived in the times of the Wild West he would be a mythical legend. some of his playing is unbelievable. the runs where he does doubles, then next he does triples man that’s unrealistic for most guitar player but he makes it look effortless.

Your incredible Billy! I had a brain injury in 2009, and left me with a spinal cord injury. I’m 62 now and have played for 45 years, I list alit of my ability after my accident, but still giving it all I have! Your such an amazing talent, and inspiration to me to keep going! I used to wonder why he would work for free with these videos, thinking maybe it’s his love of music. Then I heard him in an interview, lamenting “I haven’t practiced in two days!!” He’s improving his chops while entertaining us. This is how I like him best. The guitar is the most amazing instrument.
