The comparison of Billy with the man in the center of the photo is compelling. His posture; the way he stands, even his boots. The best evidence against the Brushy Bill claim is in the book The Real Billy The Kid, by Otero. The access Otero had to people that knew Billy The Kid personally is impressive. In the book, people that were the closest to Billy confirm that he was killed by Pat Garret. They even claim to have seen his body. This book was written in the 1930’s, well before Brushy Bill entered the scene with his claim.

The belt height around the waist is bang on in my opinion 👌

See the 3rd video of Billy’s nose ridge along with Tom & Doc.

Thanks for the update on your research. Looks like Doc Scurlock to me. I saw that other photo. Wearing same style mustache. Look at his ears. They match. No one has the same ears. They're like fingerprints.

Thanks for looking! I agree with the ears, identical in both photos. More info coming. Appreciate your input👍

Hello, I find that the Headstone is actually a map of Lincoln County at the 4way intersection..

There looks to be a map behind them with a name on the road behind Tom O’Folliard! Looks like Garrett but too early to say.

@@EvanRichards-xy8ew I have always thought Billy was taller than they said. And he must have been very angry at how they placed Tunstall's dead body to look like he was having sex with his horse. I can't really disagree with Billy's motives. Do you think this is Brushy, or the guy in Emilio's photo? They have the exact same boots on. Thanks for historical inputs, I feel you are onto the truth.
