AFC ( auto-focus continuous ) is not good for normal drone flight recording, as focus would hunt and cause all kinds of issues ( foreground object swapping back and fore to background object etc ). I don't think it actually works when recording normally anyway. The intent is for tracking an object, the lens will continually adjust focus as distance to the tracked subject varies. It's a minor point, but essential to have enabled when tracking an object. Tap and focus should still work anyway. You can half press the shutter button to reset focus also. Trying to set aperture to F10 to obtain ideal exposure is silly, as the smaller apertures towards the end of the scale will degrade in image quality. Ask any photographer trying to shoot wildlife in low light, specifically about sharpness. The more light allowed to hit the sensor, the faster the shutter speed can be set. That helps to counteract the motion blur that makes everything soft and appear out of focus, as the photographer presses the shutter, he/she introduces vibration. There is no need to make the shutter speed twice the frame rate. This nonsense has become a thing, because it mostly applies to recording video in indoor lighting, where you need to set the right shutter speed, so it is a multiple of the frequency of the AC lighting. That's why I have to set my frame rate to 25fps in the UK, because we are using 50Hz AC over here, and using 30fps, causes flickering. However, you only need to set a multiple of the lighting frequency, and when the correct frame rate is chosen, I can set 1/50, 1/100 / 1/200 etc. I cannot set 1/60 with 25fps for obvious reasons ( AC cycles are sinusoidal, positive and negative values are equal and opposite ) That would cause each frame to have an uneven amount of exposure and result in flickering. For even exposure to be obtained, the sensor needs to capture an even amount of light for each frame. The myth that the shutter speed must be 2* frame rate has been perpetuated by drone "pilots", but it is not supported by physics or scientific reason

I have been flying my Inspire 2 for a year and I have found that your settings are very close to the ones I use and that’s nice to know that I am on the right track with them. Thanks again Billy. I have been watching your tutorials for quite awhile and I appreciate all your help. I am really looking forward to you doing this for the x5s camera because I just got it and I am searching for the right settings for it as well. By the way when does the EV come into play? I noticed that it only is adjustable when I am in Auto mode. Am I missing something about this? Like I said I am still learning all these settings and I still need some coaching and advice. So if you have time please let me know about it. If you’re available for me to email you and ask you some specific questions I would appreciate it if I could send you my email address. I think that we both could learn from each other about the Inspire 2. I’m definitely not saying that I know everything there is to know but I do think we could help each other out on some things. Hello. When swiping the camera from left to right or from right to left at 119.88 FPS, the picture jerks are observed. This only applies to fast panoramas with high FPS values. What do you think is the problem? Can you check with yourself?

I have the exact same drown and camera my friend has a phantom for pro compare the two together and there is absolutely no difference. Unless you invest in the X5S or X7 really the phantom for pro is probably a better fit especially considering last set up time it’s a lot quieter and does not draw as much attention while on job sites not sure how long I’m going to keep my new inspire

My DJI phantom 4 has a problem with the camera. There are vertical black lines in bright white parts of a video.
