Recognizing this as the country "Thong Song" is quite possibly the most important philosophical observation of our time.

If memory serves me when this song came out he was explaining why it was written in all the interviews. He and the other two writers where in a club where people were line dancing and the were watching the ladys. Anyway at one point a song came on and a well rounded backsided lady got up to dance. She was bumping into people with her bottom headed for the dance floor. Took them like 10 minutes to write the song.
@sassbrat Жыл бұрын
You would be surprise where the ideas for songs come from. Brad Paisly song 'two people fall in love' was written when he was fishing, and Aaron Tippin's KISS THIS was the result of him and his wife fighting and because their young son was in the room she couldn't say what she wanted to so hence the pointing her her butt and telling him to kiss it, they sat down and wrote that song that very night and the female vocals you hear on that song are in fact his wife's

I still tell my Hubby something similar (I'm 5 months from 50/ he is 57) he has been a Tech/Coke/Pepsi & now an Icee Manager for yrs. Back in the day 1 of the biggest acoumts was a chain of "top off lady bars" His employees/trainees would freak when going to them & he suggested staying for lunch. He would grin, then call me to join 'em for lunch, Ladies were Stunning & the burgers were flipping Amazing! So I have always believed, see Beautiful wherever it is & get hungry, just eat @ home... we both do 😉

Your observation of there not being big butts is very true. Country folks like a well toned curvy butt, nothing rounded and healthy. I a big girl that can dance and was for my man. A skinny chick came over and saud "you know, you might be a big girl (at 180 😒) but you sure can dance and got some sexy moves." I just half smiled at her and my husband said "oh, yeah, she can dance better than 99% of those other dancers out there" and put very possessive hands on my waist, which is 20 inches smaller than my hips. We were in a local honky tonk at the time
