I knew my boyfriend in High School. We had the same circle of friends but never connected with each other. Forward 28 years later he sent me a message saying "I'm gonna do what I should've done 30 years ago and ask you to go out with me." Our first date kinda hit a hiccup cause I ended up in the hospital very sick. He happened to be in the same hospital bringing his daughter to the ER. As soon as she was taken care of he took her home and came back to see me. I had hoses coming out of me everywhere but he didn't care. The first thing he said was You're beautiful. He would go to work and come straight to the hospital and stay til they made him leave. He stole my heart. We have been together for awhile now. Not only did I get blessed with an amazing guy but blessed with his 4 daughters. Adding my daughter we have 5 girls. Ages 11-27. I am most defiantly blessed.

I love Thomas Rhett and all country. But for the past couple of months I have been obsessed with Lukas Graham. I saw him in concert and ever since I've been listening to him. He's well known for 7 Years but Lie, Love Someone, Mama Said, Funeral, Hold My Hand and so many more. All of his songs are about his life, family, friends and growing up.

I love this song so much! It is one of those songs that no matter what I am going through it can make me smile. 2019 was one of the most vexing and trying years of my life. While I am not where I want to be I am on a path towards it. The line in the song "you make your plans and you hear God laughing" is something I keep in the back of my mind to remind myself that He has bigger plans for me then I could ever wrap my mind around.

Oh my goodness that little girl is so sweet. Billy when my Phoebe hit 2 years old her ADHD/ADD started developing. But i would not have her any other way. This is such a feel-good song, and I had no idea it was actually autobiographical. One of the few modern country songs I legitimately love. Also, the line, "you make your plans and you hear God laughing" is too perfect, because it seems like no matter how well you plan something out, something can always happen. Not necessarily bad, but plans do often end up changing without warning.

Crazy story. They were in the process of adopting when they found out she was pregnant. So the girls are close to the same age. I believe because she was pregnant she couldn’t even go to Africa to bring their daughter home.

I am married to my high school love. We met when I was a freshman and he was a senior. He was my first real love. We are the parents of 2 amazing boys and 2020 will be 37 years of marriage and 38 years together. I couldn't picture my life without him in it. My friend went to school with him but I didn't grow up here. I grew up living with my gma then moved here to be with my mom. Everything about our relationship started off nonconventional. I spent the night here after our first date, went home for 2 days to hang out with my parents, came back here for the weekend and never left. i know this is an older reaction but i have to comment. i've been with my husband 10 years. i was diagnosed with infertility in 2016 (8 months after we got married). we tried to get pregnant when we first met. 10 years later, we decided to foster Sept 2023, we got approved! VERY next day i thought i had covid, NOPE! turns out that i'm pregnant! currently 22 weeks with a little boy! God really DOES laugh at your plans!!
