Would heavy cream have a different effect on it? Like, would it be creamier or fluffier, or something?

I used to work at a bakery for a bit. And its a really big deal to be honest, you can never leave something behind because everything has to be used. You don't want to waste your food you know. A lot of people should learn from this video cuz food waste is a big problem

Kinda also has to do with measurements :0 you can tell he’s weighting the eggs at the beginning. Lots of baking recipes are very sensitive to how much stuff it needs c: my mom had a bakery, and it is known among bakers that using weight measurements is a lot better and precise than measuring with CUPS or TBS.
