If you wanted to redeem your points to apply towards rent, it's bad where each point is worth about half a penny at 0.55 cents.

Right. It's a1/2 percent card. I currently pay my rent with a 2.5% Visa card. There is a fee, but after the fee I still get 1.4% cash back, still way ahead of Bilt's .5%.

I wouldn't want to have a card associated with Wells Fargo. Very unfortunate.

No, they turn your personal financial and banking information into a commodity for them to sell.

They raised 400 million. They are after their cut(toll) of the interchange fee. Vias/MC network make 87 billion per year. It's just another credit card using paying your rent as the hook. The future is mobile p2p and ZERO transaction fees. And business modelsto leverage assets for wealth. Ankur is another Adam Neaumann less crazy. Adam's (WeWork failure fame) Flow (Web3 residential rentals) is late launching. 350 million invested. What's Flows angle? All hype.

Don't use BILT. First, their application process is slow and antiquated. Secondly, their customer service is awful and robotic. Don't do it; it's a waste of time.

This will turn out to be a scam and these guys will flee the country with your rent money and “points” eventually.
