Does your clinic provide MSDO or any form of bilateral lower jaw expansion to treat severe malocclusion and insufficient room for wisdom teeth? Do you have the option to expand and keep your wisdom teeth before jaw surgery or is removing them mandatory?

We can do distraction if necessary. Extractions are only mandatory if the molars are in the way of osteotomies. Otherwise is not necessary.

No, the approach is intraoral and minimally invasive, so no scars.
