Bimaxillary Surgery Case

Martina came to us after much research by her mother to correct her class II bite and maxillomandibular retrusion.
In our center, Prof. Hernández Alfaro performed orthofacial surgery that consisted of:
- Anticlockwise advancement and rotation of the mandible
- Counterclockwise rotation of the maxilla
- Advancement mentoplasty
- Centering rhinoplasty

this is amazing. approximately how many millimeters is the advancement on the upper and the lower? I am trying to understand how much advancement is needed to get a result like this.

Hi, when performing this surgery, do we need to affect the TMJ?, I also encountered a similar case. Sorry my english not good

Ideally it shouldn't be affected, unless the patient has a problem that needs to be treated.
