For Dough:-
1. 1 Cup wheat flour
2. ½ Tsp salt
3. ½ Tsp backing powder
4. ¼ Tsp Baking soda
5. ¼ Tsp Sugar
6. 1 Tbsp oil
7. ½ Cup Curd
8. 1 Tbsp Water
For Stuffing:-
1. 1 Tbsp Oil
2. ½ Tsp Urad Dal
3. ¼ Tsp Black Mustard Seeds
4. ¼ Tsp Cumin seeds
5. ¼ Tsp Asafoetida
6. ¼ Tsp Dried Ginger Powder
7. ½ Tsp Green Chilly paste
8. 8-10 Curry leaves
9. ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
10. ¼ Cup Chopped Capsicum
11. ½ Tsp Salt
12. 2 Boiled smash Raw Banana
13. 1 Tsp Coriander Cumin seeds Powder
14. ½ Tsp Garam masala Powder
15. ½ Tsp Sugar
16. 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
17. Chopped Coriander leaves
While making toast Sandwich:-
1. Tomato slice
2. Cucumber slice
3. Chat masala
4. Green Chutney
5. Butter
6. Sev
